XI MANG QUANG SON - Cement Plant water booster for Cyclone cleaning

Prior situation

Standardized low pressure pumps under high duties in term of pressures and temperatures. The growing dimensions of the plant and increasing requirement of pressure needed a reliable and higher efficiency pumps able to handle middle hot temperature clean water.

Advantages achieved

Our fully casted solutions able to handle high temperature at middle hot water with micro-casting cast iron body and impeller give us the advantage of high performance and robustness without requiring expensive materials like Stainless Steel.
We succeeded on giving to our final client perfect solution improving the efficiency and number of process per day inside the production chain allowing them to improve the capability of the production.
