Prior situation

Low quality pumps under high duties in term of pressures and temperatures. Regularly under maintenance due to corrosion and mechanics failure which were causing drastically the dropping of efficiency and dangerous leaking.

PML125/9 + 200KW B3 4P EL.MOT.IE2 400/700V  T=105⁰ C

Advantages achieved

Our fully casted solutions able to handle high temperature at middle hot water with micro-casting cast iron body and impeller give us the advantage of high performance and robustness without requiring expensive materials like Stainless Steel.
We succeeded on giving to our final client perfect solution not overengineered and overpriced reducing the system efficiency loss and maintenance costs.
