Based in Shepparton (Victoria, Australia), Aquatec is a leading solutions provider in the water and wastewater management space, providing design and construct solutions ranging from pumping stations to treatment technologies for water reuse and supply, and odour control. The company has rapidly expanded its presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets by delivering hig -quality, end-to-end solutions tailored to the diverse needs of its clients, with comprehensive support throughout the entire project lifecycle – from early-stage assessment and engineering through to production and installation. Today, Aquatec is widely regarded as a trusted technology partner, known for its in-house design expertise, reliable execution, and strong customer-centric approach. With the acquisition of Aquatec, Wateralia strengthens its presence in the Australian water sector and strategically enhances its advanced engineering and system-integration capabilities, creating a replicable model for solution-driven markets. With this add-on, Wateralia will reach c. €400m in revenues, 1,200 employees across six manufacturing plants and 26 subsidiaries serving clients in over 140 countries.
