The system was designed to ensure efficient and uniform irrigation across the entire cultivated area, using drip irrigation technology that enables significant water savings and optimal resource management.

The system configuration includes:

3 P9C series vertical turbine pumps, equipped with electric drive heads and 75 HP 2-pole motors. These pumps are dedicated to supplying the plant’s filtration system, operating at a working pressure of 22 bar, ensuring effective water filtration and protection of the entire irrigation network.
2 PML 125 series high-pressure bare-shaft pumps, installed on baseplates and coupled to 220 HP 2-pole motors. These units represent the core of the irrigation system and are responsible for water distribution to the olive grove, operating at approximately 29 bar, a pressure required to ensure uniform water delivery throughout the network.
2 PM80 series high-pressure bare-shaft pumps, also installed on baseplates and coupled to 125 HP 2-pole motors, completing the system by providing operational support and management flexibility according to varying flow and pressure requirements.

BENEFITS ACHIEVED

The vertical pumps ensure proper pressurization of the filtration line, while the PML pumps directly manage field irrigation, guaranteeing high performance and service continuity.

The entire system has been sized to deliver maximum energy efficiency, operational reliability, and long service life, contributing to the sustainable management of the olive grove from both a water and economic perspective.
