Wateralia, an international industrial holding company specializing in the design and manufacturing of pumps and systems for the integrated water cycle, announces the acquisition of CSA, a leading Italian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of control valves for water networks.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Salsomaggiore Terme (Parma, Italy), CSA is an internationally recognized player in water network regulation and control. The company manages the entire process in-house, from design and engineering to manufacturing and testing, delivering advanced solutions for pressure control, pipeline protection against water hammer and efficient water distribution management. Its technologies can reduce water leakage by up to 20%, while also helping to lower energy consumption. CSA serves over 1,000 customers across international markets.

With this acquisition, Wateralia enters the complementary control valve segment, integrating CSA’s expertise and technologies with its existing portfolio of pumps and solutions. The transaction expands the Group’s offering for the integrated water cycle and strengthens its growth strategy towards becoming one of Europe’s leading independent players in the sector.

Wateralia now operates 7 manufacturing plants and 27 subsidiaries, serving customers in over 140 countries.
