Privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679, issued by Caprari S.p.A. to applicants submitting their CV through the website
This notice has been drafted and issued pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also referred to as the European Regulation), which has introduced significant new provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
This privacy policy updates and supersedes any past versions.
In light of the above, please note that:
1) upon receipt of your CV, we will collect and process your personal data;
2) for the sake of clarity, we are providing the following definitions set forth by the above specified European Regulation:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (« data subject »); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to his/her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
Processing: any operation or set of operations performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Therefore, pursuant to article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that your personal data will be collected and processed as follows:
a) Purposes: data will be processed to carry out selections, informative interviews, to draft aptitude profiles and similar; to correctly comply with bureaucratic and administrative obligations and the company activities in general, aimed at your hiring, if this is the case; to extract data to be compared with the profiles of other applicants; to send correspondence;
b) Methods: your data shall be processed both in hard copy and using electronic/computerised/ICT systems, in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness, and in such a manner as to protect your privacy;
c) Optional provision: providing your data is optional and not mandatory;
d) Consequences in case of refused provision: subsequent to the receipt of this privacy policy, refusal to provide data or to consent to their processing will in any event make it impossible for us – despite our will – to establish and/or continue any relationship of any nature whatsoever with you;
e) Parties or categories of parties (recipients) which the personal data may be communicated or disclosed to: your data may be communicated to third parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling law requirements or contract obligations and meeting your requests; data will not be disseminated under any circumstances;
f) Persons authorised for processing: your data shall be processed by duly authorised persons tasked with processing and employed in the personnel selection office and in the administrative and payroll departments of the Company;
