Plant Copenhagen metro
Denmark
Construction site drainage
Initial situation
For the construction of the new metro station in AARSLEFF Square in the heart of Copenhagen, a major drainage project needed to be undertaken.
Due to the proximity to the sea and the geological characteristics of the area, it was necessary to maintain a constant groundwater level
Caprari solution
60 submerged electric pumps were supplied
Benefit obtained
These pumps will operate 24 hours a day for the entire duration of the construction project (several years).
There are several advantages to using these pumps:
- ultra-resistance to sand,
- improved efficiency
- reduction in electricity costs.
The new submerged pumps for small and medium-sized wells are CAPRARI’s solution to the need to combine high performance with long life in extremely harsh operating conditions. Compact and rustproof, they combine power and reliability as a result of the quality materials used and the innovative solutions adopted.
Thanks to numerous patented solutions, they guarantee high performance and savings over time.
