The project site is located approximately 500km north-east of the capital Addis Abeba. The Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam is Africa’s largest dam: 1800m long, 170m in height and with an overall volume of 10 million cubic metres. Right from the beginning of the project, Caprari worked in close contact with the enterprise that holds the tender for the job, by providing essential support and the most efficient solutions for each application, such as general services and ensuring a supply of drinking water. The electric panels necessary for monitoring and controlling plant functionality were also supplied.
